Cashewnut Burfi in 5 Mins

I made Cashew Burfi in 5 mins using microwave for this Diwali.

Cashewnuts - 200 gms
Icing sugar - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Water - 2 tbsps

Cooking method:
Break the cashews into small pieces and coarsely grind it in a mixer. Mix all the ingredients by adding water little by little . Heat in a microwave for 5 mins by stirring it every minute. Apply 1 tsp ghee in a plate and pour the mixure. Allow it to cool, cut it into small squares and relish it!
