Salmon - 2 fillets
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsps
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsps
Salt - 1 tsp
oil - 1 cup
Cooking Method:
Cut each salmon fillet into 2 pieces. Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt for 3 to 4 hrs . Heat oil in a frying pan for 10 mins , deep fry the marinated fillets.
