Thought of making a special dish in mutton.Chettinad Mutton
Masala is the traditional South Indian Style of cooking lamb.

Preferably pressure cooker should be used for cooking this dish
to get a better taste. In a cooker heat 1 cup of sunflower oil and add
the mutton and the ground fine powdered mix into it. Add 1 tsp of

add 2 more cups of water,2tspsof salt and 1 tsp of turmeric powder
and cook in medium heat till 3 whistles in pressure cooker. This
serves for 2 and for serving 4 double all the ingredients.
